Here is a breakdown of our delivery process: Customer places an order. The order is packed by our 3PL team on weekdays, using a first-in, first-out method. The packages are organized according to the assigned carrier in the warehouse. The carrier picks up the packages (once a day). The carrier delivers your package to the nearest terminal, where it is first scanned. Your package is in transit. Your package is delivered. You will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been processed, including a tracking link (for orders shipped via UPS, Bring, DB Schenker, DHL). It may take up to 36 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Since hair extensions are considered a hygiene product, they must not be applied to your hair if you intend to return them.

The product must be in its original condition - untested, odorless and carefully repackaged in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be tried directly on your hair.

This ensures that the product can be resold in its original condition to another customer. Free gifts and gift cards cannot be returned. Shipping costs, customs fees and import duties are not refundable.
