RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things just aren’t the right fit! However, since hair extensions are a hygiene product, returns can only be accepted if they are unused and in their original condition.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items that are unused.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Free gifts and gift cards cannot be returned.
Original shipping fees, customs, and import charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you’d prefer a refund or need an additional exchange, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To make it easy, you can contact us at info@tangledsweden.com to get a discounted return shipping label. The cost of this label will then be deducted from your refund. For more details on our return shipping charges, click here.

Packages that are returned to us due to non-collection will incur a deduction of €20.

RETURN PROCESS

Get in Touch: Email us at info@tangledsweden.com to start your return. Let us know whether you’d prefer store credit or a refund.

Receive Your Shipping Label: We’ll send you a prepaid return label straight to your inbox, complete with easy-to-follow instructions. If you don’t see it, double-check your spam folder!

Print and Pack: Print the label and attach it securely to your package. Make sure everything is packed up nicely in its original condition.

Drop Off: Head to your nearest service point to drop off the package. And that’s it—you’re all set!

Get Your Credit or RefundRefund: If you chose a refund, we’ll process it once the return has been inspected at our warehouse in Sweden, usually within 2-3 weeks.
