Shipping policy
Delivery time
We pack and ship your order within 1 business day from our warehouse in Rosersberg, Sweden. We ship Monday–Friday; orders placed at the weekend are shipped the next weekday.
For orders delivered in Sweden, the parcel normally arrives within 1–3 business days of dispatch. For other countries, the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. For orders outside Sweden, shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout, and return instructions are given by e-mail at info@tangledsweden.com.
Shipping cost
- Sweden: SEK 49. Free shipping on orders over SEK 500 (applies to orders delivered in Sweden).
- Other countries: the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. If you cannot see the e-mail, check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs and fees
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and fees may apply. These are paid by the recipient and are not refunded.
Uncollected parcels
Always collect your parcel. A parcel that is not collected is sent back to us and costs up to approximately SEK 200 depending on the country. This cost is deducted from any refund.
